Hello, my name
is Phillip Rodocker, co-founder of American
Home Experience and American Homebuyer Seminars. I
started my career as a real estate professional in
1989 at the age of 23. I spent the first year
learning what I needed to know to be a successful
agent. I then spent seven years working with
sellers. Throughout that time I saw the need for
buyers agency. I spent the next nine years creating
an educational program to help buyers better
understand the home buying process.
After selling
over 400 homes and earning 3 million + in
commissions I was approached by my business
partners; they asked me how I felt about creating a
program that any agent could use to increase their
business and access the same kind of success I
have. Out of that meeting AHS was born. I hope you

Hello! My name is Ramona
Stefanescu-Owen Born in Bucharest Romania, I
moved to USA in 1993.I have spent 10 years in
management for one of the largest NW retailer and
also for Bank of America. In 2003, I decided to make
a career change and join John L. Scott Real Estate
becoming a Realtor. Few months later I have the
fortune to meet Phil Rodocker who has been my
business partner and mentor ever since. Our business
partnership started in the beginning by joining him
every weekend doing first time home buyers seminars.
That was my first exposure to AHS “System to
Success”. I can gladly say that that was one of the
best decisions I have ever made! Not only that my
income increased and I was the recipient of the
“Emerald Award” from John L, Scott for the sales
volume achieved in my first year of business but I
became a better agent, confident and knowledgeable

Phil Gerisilo and Ambro Martin who are the

My name is
Ambro Martin Jr., co-founder of American
Homebuyer Seminars. In 1975 I completed my final
Naval tour of Vietnam and Asia. Soon after I joined
Bank of America in San Diego, CA. That decision led
to a wonderful career in the finance and banking
industry where I had the opportunity to help
thousands of people as a credit analyst, loan
officer and manager. In 1992 I decided to leave
corporate banking to become an independent mortgage
broker/banker.
In 1995 I came
to a crossroads, wanting to take control of my
business and rely less on others to feed my business
ambitions. From that, the First Time Homebuyer
program was born. Later, I met Phil Rodocker, and
together through much trial and error, we fine tuned
and perfected this unique “System to Success”. I am
proud to be part of such a unique and wonderful
industry which helps buyers reach the American Dream
of home ownership, and allows my family and I to
enjoy a lifestyle and level of freedom that no other

Hello, my name is Phil
Gerisilo and I am a co-founder of The
American Home Experience, the parent company
of American Homebuyer Seminars. Our mission
is to enhance the careers of real estate and
lending professionals by providing them with
proven systems for greater profitability and
success.My career in real estate began
back in 1989 in the greater metropolitan
Seattle, Washington region. I enjoyed a
great deal of success early in the business
and earned over $100,000 my first year
working, on average, 20-30 hours a week.
Many of my colleagues were amazed by my
success and encouraged me to share my
secrets. This later resulted in the
publication of a book and CD program.
I am absolutely committed to the Real
Estate profession and believe it to be one
of the greatest business opportunities
available. With minimal start up costs, a
determined individual, working smart, can
create an enviable business income and enjoy
a balanced joyful life. I enjoy helping
others in our industry achieve this kind of
success.
My early success in real estate was based
primarily on my decision to work with buyers
and not follow the more traditional approach
of prospecting for sellers. I realized that
if I wanted to start earning a substantial
income right away, focusing on buyers made
the most sense. The time involved to find a
buyer a home and close the transaction is
far less than the time required to prospect
for a seller, list the house, do some
marketing, maybe a price reduction or two,
get it sold, and then closed. It’s that
simple. In fact, I sold my first home my
very first week in the business and received
a commission check within 45 days. Boy, I’ll
tell you, nothing succeeds like success.
Earning that first check bolstered my
confidence and I was off to the races, doing
deal after deal. Most of the buyers that I
worked with came from open houses. They
happened to work great for me.
As my business continued to grow, I
noticed that a colleague in my office, now a
good friend and partner, who had previously
worked primarily with sellers was now
closing a lot of buyer controlled sales and
appeared to be enjoying a never ending
supply of leads. As it turned out, he was
enjoying great success conducting home buyer
seminars and was then, through a systematic
process, converting these prospects to
homeowners . We had several meetings and
discussions and decided to get together and
package the lead generation system and the
buyer process. Our goal was to take this
proven process and through hands on
instruction captured on DVD, CD and print,
allow any agent or lender the opportunity to
duplicate this success. Following the
addition of three other professionals in our
industry as partners, several years of hard
work, and a substantial capital investment,
